The 15th annual Grandparents As Parents (GAP) conference is Thursday, March 16th, 2017 at the Clarion Hotel in Lexington, KY. Grandparents, caregivers, relatives, and professionals are invited to attend.

There are two presentations from our featured speaker, Joan Callander Dingle—a grandmother who raised her grandson and has written two books, Raising Children of Alcoholics and Drug Users and Second Time Around.

The conference also includes:

  • 8 Breakout Workshops
  • Free Legal Consultations
  • Benefits Consultations (social security/disability, DCBS family support, adoption, kinship, Medicaid & SHIP)
  • Exhibits/Resource Fair
  • Lunch

The conference is $5.00 for grandparents/relatives and $50.00 for professionals.

Space is limited—registration deadline is March 10th.
